@gough1 , Inside the electrical box I just started uncapping wires one at a time. I inspected each one and sprayed a little electrical cleaner on the tabs. Inside one of them (I cant remember which one )there was a broken metal connection tab inside the clip. I am working on a 2001 900 STS. The #1 thing I need is a service/repair manual. I seem to be able to find manuals for the 900 STX but not much for manuals for the STS. Can someone please link me up with a place to buy a service manual for this Ski please. My issue is no spark. I picked up the ski yesterday. It has 106 hours on it. Much appreciated if you can share where you saw in in '97 900 stx parts list. I mounted a 900stx engine in a 1500sxr hull in anticipation of upgrading it to 1100cc. So I took the wiring harness from the 900 stx which I simplified by disconnecting and removing the accessory trim meter part.
