yes, do as advised above or replace junction box 1 with a proper telecoms junction box and then run a wire straight from that to the NTE5. Hi So basically I'm in need to replace an external Bt66b grey external junction box. Who normally replaces these. Does it need to be say Openreach, Bt. Or can an electrician fix the issue.
